Who we are

Club Engine is operated by Nonrevu and provides software for private cardroom administration — sessions, players, staff, wallets, tournaments, and related operational records. This policy describes how we handle information when you use the Club Engine web app and related services.

Information we collect

• Account data: email address, display name, authentication identifiers, and login activity (including failed-attempt counters for security lockout).
• Cardroom operational data: records you and your staff enter — player profiles, session summaries, table activity, waitlists, books, agent commissions, audit events, and configuration for your cardroom.
• Billing data: subscription plan, Stripe customer/subscription identifiers, and payment status. Full card numbers are processed by Stripe; we do not store them on our servers.
• Technical data: browser user agent on login, session heartbeat timestamps, and standard server logs for reliability and abuse prevention.

How we use information

We use collected data to:

• Provide, secure, and improve the Club Engine service
• Authenticate users and enforce role-based access within a cardroom
• Process subscriptions and communicate billing status
• Generate operational reports and exports you request
• Respond to support inquiries and legal requests where required

We do not sell personal information.

Service providers

We rely on trusted processors to run Club Engine:

• Google Firebase — authentication, database, and hosting infrastructure
• Stripe — subscription checkout, invoicing, and payment processing

These providers process data under their own terms and privacy policies. We configure them to support our service and do not authorize them to use your cardroom data for unrelated marketing.

Data retention

Account and cardroom records are retained while your subscription or trial is active and for a reasonable period afterward so you can export or restore operational history. You may request deletion of your account data by contacting us; some billing records may be retained as required for tax and compliance.

Security

We use industry-standard authentication, encrypted transport (HTTPS), role-based access controls, and login lockout after repeated failed attempts. No system is perfectly secure; cardroom operators should also protect staff credentials and device access.

Your choices

Cardroom owners control member access and operational records within their room. Account holders may update profile information in-app and may request access, correction, or deletion by email.
